This wine is from Chile's Curicó Valley, about 200 kilometers from the capital of Santiago. Curicó is an incredibly diverse winemaking region with over thirty grape varieties planted since the 1800s. On the nose, aromas of lime, green apple, with a slight green note. Fresh and crisp on the palate, with a nice zing of acidity and a refreshing finish. Pair with your next sushi meal or enjoy alongside a vinaigrette salad.
