Made from un-malted, locally sourced wheat and rye, this beautiful British Columbia whisky was aged four and a half slow years in French Oak barrels that previously held either Naramata made port or red wine. With this process, each barrel displays a unique flavor profile, that when mixed together creates an alchemy of whisky perfection.
