A little over 20% of this Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in oak, and about 4% in concrete egg, with the rest in stainless steel. The result is additional complexity and texture without an impact on the primary character of the fruit. Expect grapefruit, orange citrus and a flinty minerality. Pair with sushi or grilled white fish.
